girl kissing jesus

I'm still trying to figure this one out. My biggest question is "why?"

"Why?" is a fabulous question to ask about this. If she loves Jesus then why add to his misery by hanging on him when he's on the cross? I'm sure there are other observations I could make here but I'll stop and give someone else a turn.

Wow...that moves me, well, beyond description. That scene comes from the 'Bootleg Gospels,' outtakes that didn't make the original cut.

you can almost hear Jesus say, "little girl, don't take me not hugging you back as 'I don't love you, too'... my hands are, er... tied."

Perhaps the little girl needs to balance her pH levels, is more yin than yang, or has a biological transmutation which converts sodium into potassium because she lives in a hot climate or is an athlete. Therefore, she craves the salt in Jesus' tears.

Or maybe the little girl's mother is a papparazzo who is eager to profit from a "celebrity sighting." (I hope she doesn't hold her breath, though. She's more likely to receive a KJV Bible on Tape and not a million-dollar check as payment for the use of the picture by some unknown little Christian publisher.)

So many questions...

Where is she standing? Is that really a table?

How bloody did her face get?

How long did that kiss last?

Does she have a mullet?

Where is her sheep?

Wait...is that an Easter dress? How can it be an Easter dress when Jesus is still on the cross?

More importantly...why the flowers? I don't remember those in the crucifixion scene.

Is that a smile on our Lord's face? Huh. And did she drag that table over there herself?
