It takes me forever to get through a book, though I do enjoy reading. I guess my favorite at the moment is the Left Behind series, since I'm still not finished with it yet !

Well, I can't think of my favorite book of all time (too much pressure this early in the morning), but a good book I read recently was Deep In the Heart of Trouble. It is a cute little christian romance my mom gave me.

I'm laughing because I am realizing how many of my favorite books were written more than 20 years ago - and I'm not really that old. But I would have to say that the entire "Left Behind" Series is truly one of my favorites.It was so neat for me to see how those books impacted the lives of so many people - Christians and non-Christians alike. If I was allowed an "older" selection it was definitely be a C.S. Lewis book --(love the Chronicles of Narnia :)

OK, now that I've insulted you and have NO chance of winning, one of my all time favorite books is The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley (I think it is within the 20 year limit). Yes, I know it's not "spiritual", but everyone needs a good, fun escape read. :)

I enjoyed "Quiet Strenght" by Tony Dungy ... being true, it's fascinating to see how God orchestrated his life and how Tony lives godly principles, practices and principles into real life. "Mudhouse Sabbath" by Lauren F. Winner. A converted jewish young woman ... great insight!! A one-liner "practice is to Judaism what belief is to Christianity." And I guess lately my most favorite has been "Last Addiction" by Sharon Hersh. heavy ... involved ... contemplative ~ why self-help is not enough!!

My favorite book for today :-) is "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch. It's a children's book, but even though my kids are teenagers, I sat down and read it yesterday, and cried through it again.
